These Terms of Service govern your use of Sokkiedief’s products, services, website, and social media platforms. By accessing or using our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By using Sokkiedief’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or place an order.

  2. ABOUT SOKKIEDIEF
    Sokkiedief is a South African faith-based sock brand offering Christian-inspired products designed to encourage and inspire.

  3. USE OF SERVICES
    You agree to use our services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or damage the reputation of Sokkiedief. Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in refusal of service.

  4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
    4.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Sokkiedief.
    4.2 Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and verified.
    4.3 Sokkiedief reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

  5. PRICING & CHANGES
    5.1 Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
    5.2 Sokkiedief may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  6. PROCESSING & DELIVERY
    6.1 Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
    6.2 Delivery times depend on third-party courier services and location.
    6.3 Sokkiedief is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

  7. RETURNS, FAULTS & REFUNDS
    7.1 Due to hygiene reasons, socks may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
    7.2 Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
    7.3 Refunds or replacements are handled at the sole discretion of Sokkiedief once the fault is confirmed.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content, designs, logos, images, and branding belong to Sokkiedief and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

  9. FAITH-BASED CONTENT
    Sokkiedief provides Christian messaging and Bible-based designs. By using our services, you acknowledge and respect the faith-based nature of the brand.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sokkiedief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  11. PRIVACY
    Personal information is collected only for service delivery and communication. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share personal information except where required to fulfil an order.

  12. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
