Welcome to Sokkiedief. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

  1. GENERAL
    1.1 Sokkiedief is a South African sock brand offering faith-inspired products.
    1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, Google Forms, or any other ordering channel.
    1.3 Sokkiedief reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
    2.1 All products are subject to availability.
    2.2 Product colours and designs may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, or manufacturing processes.
    2.3 Sokkiedief reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

  3. PRICING
    3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
    3.2 Prices may change without prior notice.
    3.3 Shipping costs are not included unless stated otherwise.

  4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
    4.1 Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
    4.2 Accepted payment methods will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
    4.3 Proof of payment may be required before an order is processed.

  5. PROCESSING & SHIPPING
    5.1 Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
    5.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location.
    5.3 Sokkiedief is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
    5.4 Once an order has been dispatched, the risk passes to the customer.

  6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    6.1 Due to hygiene reasons, socks may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
    6.2 Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.
    6.3 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or exchange.
    6.4 Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

  7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
    7.1 Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
    7.2 Refunds are issued at the discretion of Sokkiedief and only in cases of confirmed faults or errors on our side.
    7.3 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    8.1 All designs, logos, images, and content remain the property of Sokkiedief.
    8.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  9. FAITH-BASED MESSAGING
    9.1 Sokkiedief products feature Christian messages and Bible verses intended to encourage and inspire.
    9.2 By purchasing from Sokkiedief, you acknowledge and respect the faith-based nature of the brand.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    10.1 Sokkiedief shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
    10.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

    11.2 Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required to fulfil an order.
